March is maple syrup month in New Hampshire! We’re kicking things off in Wolfeboro with a special maple-themed Chef’s Table Dinner.
The Chef’s Table Dinner offers a limited number of seats to provide a cozy opportunity to enjoy fantastic food and conversation. Our Executive Chef Jonathan Hudak and Chef Aleks created an imaginative menu to showcase New Hampshire’s wonderful maple syrup.
Enjoy beverages from our cash bar at 5:30 pm before sitting down for dinner at 6:30 p.m.
Our menu is built around fresh, seasonal ingredients from small farms and specialty providers.
- Roasted Winter Squash Salad (gf) with Bayley Hazen blue, spiced pepitas, maple-dijon vinaigrette
- Maple-Glazed Pork Tenderloin with sweet potato purée, caramelized brussels sprouts, applewood bacon
- Maple Panna Cotta with brûléed banana, walnut crunch
