Recipes: Curry Candied Chutney

Sweet, savory and PACKED with peaches

This chutney is delicious and versatile! Serve it on top of grilled pork and roasted chicken dishes or use as an addition to a Charcuterie board with sharp cheeses!



- 8 ripe peaches

- 1 small yellow onion

- 1 cup raisins

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup candied ginger, chopped

- 1 tsp curry powder


1. peel the peaches and roughly chop into small pieces (discard the stone)

2. peel and dice the onion and garlic

3. finely mince the ginger

4. combine all ingredients into a medium size pot

5. cover and let simmer over low heat until chutney becomes thick and gelatinous

6. remove from heat and let cool then spoon into a mason jar and keep refrigerated

(if planning to use later)
