Iced Lavender Lemonade

The perfect pairing for a farm fresh brunch!

NEED IT

- 5 cups of water

- 1 1/2 cups of sugar

- 1 1/2 cups of lemon juice

- 1/2 cup dried lavender

- 1 lemon, sliced

- sprigs of fresh lavender


MAKE IT

- Combine 2 cups of water with sugar and dried lavender in a sauce pan and bring to a boil

- Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves then reduce heat to low

- Simmer for about 5 minutes, until the color starts to change

- Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely

- Once cooled, strain the lavender from the mixture and pour into a container for serving

- Add 3 cups of water and lemon juice to the container

- Pour over ice and garish with freshly sliced lemon and lavender
