Swami's Cafe was one of our first ever California stops many years ago. At that time it was "just" a humble street-side juice bar. They have since expanded but Swamis in Encinitas is still our O.G go to spot.

Swamis serves breakfast and lunch, fresh smoothies and juices. Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options are available. Ingredients are nourishing and locally grown.
